He is one of the best food writers around and sometimes he delivers an absolute gem of a recipe, then something else I try won&#039;t work out at all. Mind you, the only book of his I&#039;ve ever really cooked from is Appetite (mostly I use his columns). I&#039;d be interested for you to give that one a whirl and see what you think.</description>
