Thank you for this review.
I am interested in Greek cookery books, and already have one of Vefa's called Greek Cuisine. As I can't view the index, I was wondering if you would perhaps know if this is a new book or a jumbo compilation of all Vefa's other excellent books.

I've heard of quite a number of comprehensive Greek cookery books, one by Theresa Karas Yianilos, and a few by Rena Salaman. I also love "reading" my cookbooks and would like to know which books you would recommend, and if you could tell me whether they are classic style like Vefa's writings.
Thank you for your help! ;-)
