I've heard of quite a number of comprehensive Greek cookery books, one by Theresa Karas Yianilos, and a few by Rena Salaman. I also love "reading" my cookbooks and would like to know which books you would recommend, and if you could tell me whether they are classic style like Vefa's writings.
