		<description>Dana- You were definitely not alone! I think the bread you&#039;re talking about is the Hide Bread, which looks good but is *full* of all kinds of special grains and flours- probably too much work for me to hunt them all down! Maybe Hil can make it for me ;)

Hil- Yes, Jim is cute (better-looking than most of the recipes, actually). You can definitely have this, if you want.</description>

Someone emailed me and said I had to make the bread (can&#039;t remember the exact name - starts with an &quot;h&quot;) before I gave the book away.  I didn&#039;t but the winner did and said it was awesome.  Maybe you should give it a try before the book goes bye-bye.  :)</description>
