I think the bread you're talking about is the Hide Bread, which looks good but is *full* of all kinds of special grains and flours- probably too much work for me to hunt them all down! I loved the idea behind it but definitely did not love the book. Someone emailed me and said I had to make the bread (can't remember the exact name - starts with an "h") before I gave the book away.
