1 pack of white dough for pizza
½ jar of pizza sauce
4 small mushrooms
1 lb. mozzarella cheese in shredded form
½ lb. sliced pepperoni
1 oz. parmesan cheese

Work on the Dough
For a grilled pizza, you need to start by working on the dough. You need the thaw the white dough as most of us keep in the fridge, hence to get it in a usable shape, you need to thaw it a little bit. Post that, you need to divide the dough in small parts and start to flatten it a little bit. Do not make it too thin but work it along the corners using your palms.
Shape it up
Give it a good or desired shape, most people like to stick to the usual round face whereas the others try to experiment with it a little bit. You can brush a little bit of olive oil on both sizes and place it in between a wax paper and set it aside.
Prep the Grill
The fun part begins when you start prepping the grill for the pizza. The ideal temperature to preheat is 425 degree F. While this is happening, use whatever toppings you would like to use on top of your pizza. Remove the dough from the wax paper and place it directly on the grill or if you are scared or uncomfortable, try using a pizza stone.
Time for Cooking
The best thing about this recipe is that it is the quickest. Usually meat takes a decent amount of time to get done, and in this case, all you need is about 3 minutes on each side or until you get a bit of puffiness on one side. The other side can be cooked a little more to make it crispier.
Place it in a foil and Top it up
When you get the desired outcome from the dough, remove it from the grill and place it on an aluminum foil. Start by brushing off some pizza sauce and sprinkle toppings and loads of cheese.
Place it back on the Grill
When the toppings and cheese sit well on the dough, place it back on the grill and wait until the cheese melts. This doesn’t take more than 3-4 minutes.
